Omniva pakiautomaat -  Omnivaga tellides tuleb paki saabumisel pakiautomaati Teie mobiiltelefonile SMS-teade, milles on pakiautomaadi asukoht, uksekood ja tagastuskood.

Itella SmartPOST pakiautomaat -   SmartPOSTiga tellides tuleb paki saabumisel pakiautomaati Teie mobiiltelefonile SMS-teade, milles on pakiautomaadi asukoht ning uksekood. Tagastamiseks tuleb kasutada sama uksekoodi millega pakk kätte saadi.

Pakk postkontorisse - Paki saabumisest postkontorisse teavitab Omniva teid postkasti tuleva teatega, millel on märgitud postkontori asukoht ja Teie paki hoiuaeg.

Omniva kuller - Saadetise saabumisest teatab kuller teile telefoni teel. Kui te ei ole saadetise kohaletoimetamise hetkel kättesaadav, jäetakse saadetis postkontorisse hoiule seitsmeks kalendripäevaks. Teile jäetakse postkasti teavitus, millel on märgitud hoiutähtaeg ja postiasutuse nimetus, kust paki kätte saab.

 

Tellimused täidetakse ning postitatakse hiljemalt kahe tööpäeva jooksul pärast tellimuse kinnitamist. Toote kohalejõudmine sõltub postiteenistustest.

Lepingust taganemise õigus ja taganemisavaldus

Teil õigus põhjust avaldamata lepingust taganeda 14 kalendripäeva jooksul alates tehingu vormistamisest. 

Tehingust taganemiseks täida taganemisavaldus siin.

Tehingust taganemine on tasuta, v.a. tagastamiskulud, mis on kliendi kanda. Erandina kannab tagastamiskulud A.I.R. Sport Projekt OÜ kui pakk oli tellitud Itella SmartPOSTiga või Omniva pakiautomaati Eestis ja tellimuse summa ületab 50€. Tooteid saab tagastada 14 päeva jooksul alates paki kätte saamisest ning klient kasutab sama SmartPosti uksekoodi, mida paki kättesaamisel või Omniva SMS-iga saadetud tagastuskoodi või sama pakikoodi.

Toote tagastamine ja/või vahetamine

Ostetud tooteid on võimalik tagastada 14 päeva jooksul  Kui tellitud toote suurus ei sobi Teile ning soovite toodet vahetada, on võimalik seda teha 14 päeva jooksul  alates toote kättesaamisest. Kui meil ei ole võimalik leida vahetamiseks tagastatud tootele soovitud suurust, teavitame Teid sellest e-maili teel.

Toote tagastamise ja vahetamise eelduseks on täiesti kasutamata toode, millel on alles kõik etiketid.

Juhul, kui soovite toote vahetamist või asendamist, peate täitma meie kodulehel oleva lepingust taganemise avalduse. Märkige vahetamisele, asendamisele või parandamisele kuuluvad tooted ning vahetuse puhul soovitud uus suurus.

Kuni paki vastuvõtmiseni ei saa A.I.R. Sport Projekt OÜ toodete eest vastutust võtta, seetõttu soovitame alles hoida postitamisel saadav dokument hilisemaks postitamise tõestamiseks.

NB! Hügieenilistel kaalutlustel ei saa tagastada ega vahetada pesu ning rannariideid. 

Toote tagastamine ja/või vahetamine on tasuta, v.a. tagastamiskulud, mis on kliendi kanda. Tooteid saab tagastada 14 päeva jooksul alates paki kätte saamisest ning klient kasutab sama SmartPosti uksekoodi, mida paki kättesaamisel või Omniva SMS-iga saadetud tagastuskoodi või sama pakikoodi. 

Vale või mittekvaliteetse toote tagastamine

Palun teavitage meid koheselt, kui toode ei vasta tellitule või on defektne, kuid mitte hiljem kui 2 kuu jooksul mittevastavusest või defektsusest teada saamisest, e-posti aadressil epood@sportplus.ee või kirjalikult A.I.R. Sport Projekt OÜ aadressile Laki 9 A, 10621 Tallinn. Pretensioonis palume ära märkida oma kontaktandmed, ostu sooritamise kuupäev, toote puuduse kirjelduse ning esitatav nõude.

Vale või mittekvaliteetse toote korral palun täitke meie kodulehel olev lepingust taganemise avalduse. A.I.R. Sport Projekt OÜ tagastab Teile nii toote eest tasutud summa lähetamiskulud, sh tagastuse postitamisel tekkinud kulud. Selleks palume teil alles hoida postitamisel saadav dokument ja saata see e-posti aadressil epood@sportplus.ee koos tellimuse numbriga. 

RAHA TAGASTAMINE

Lepingust taganemise korral tagastame teile toodete eest tasutud summad hiljemalt 14 päeva jooksul meile taganemisavalduse jõudmisest. A.I.R. Sport Projekt OÜ-l on õigus tasutud summade tagastamisega viivitada seni, kuni olete toote tagastanud või esitanud tõendi toote tagastamiseks üle andmise kohta postiasutusele. Raha tagastame samale arvelduskontole, millelt toimus laekumine.

Omniva  automatic parcel point - Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good  locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code. 

Itella SmartPOST  automatic parcel point - Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good  locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic parcel point and the door code. Please retain the text message for free returns up to 14 days (registered customers 30 days).

Standard (Parcel to a post office) - Postal service will notify you upon the arrival of the parcel in the post office. On the notification you will find the location of the post office and your parcel’s holding period.

Courier - When ordering with the  courier your products will arrive at your chosen address within 1-2 working days.The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for seven calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.

The orders are completed and dispatched within 3 working days after placing the order at the latest. The arrival of the product depends on the postal service.

During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than normal. We hope for your understanding.

HOW TO RETURN

Unworn items can be returned within 14 days from receiving the parcel.

Items need to be returned new, unused, and with original packaging and all barcodes and tags attached.

Please be advised that for hygiene reasons underwear and beachwear cannot be returned (unless the item turns out to be defective).

Items cannot be returned to us.

The care of returning the item is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend  that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  is not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of formalising the transaction.

To withdraw from the transaction please fill in the form.

Withdrawal from a transaction is free of charge, except for the returning costs which shall be at the customer`s expense. As an exception, A.I.R.SPORT PROJECT will cover the cost of returning the parcel if the value of the order is more than 50€ and the parcel has been ordered in Estonia via Itella SmartPOST or Omniva and the return was made within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel and the customer uses the same door code when receiving the parcel.

RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days  from reciving of the item. If the size of the ordered item does not suit you and you wish to exchange it, you can do so within 14 days from the reciving of the item. The item can only be exchanged for a different size of the original item. If we are unable to find your preferred size of the returned item, we will advise you about it by e-mail.

An item can be returned and exchanged provided that it has not been used, all its labels are attached and intact and you have retained all other documents accompanying the shipment and the invoice.

If you wish to exchange or replace an item, you have to fill in a return form accompanying the shipment and the invoice. Please indicate on the return form which items you want to exchange, replace or repair, and in case of an exchange, your preferred size.

Until the receipt of the parcel, A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  shall not take any responsibility for the items, which is why we recommend that you keep the document that you receive when posting as a proof and, if possible, we suggest you to choose the registered post option for posting.

NB! Due to hygienic reasons, underwear and beachwear are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Returning and/or exchanging of an item is free of charge, except for the returning costs which shall be at the customer`s expense. As an exception, A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  will cover the returning costs if the parcel was ordered in Estonia using Itella SmartPOST or Omniva and the return was made within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel and the customer uses the same door code when receiving the package.

RETURNING A WRONG OR POOR-QUALITY ITEM

Please inform us immediately if an item is not the originally ordered item or it is defective, but no later than within 2 months from the moment of becoming aware of non-compliance or a defect by e-mail to the e-mail address epood@sportplus.ee or in writing to the address of A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  at 10621 Tallinn, Estonia. Please include in your claim your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the defect of the item and the content of your claim.

In case of a wrong or poor-quality item, please fill in a return form accompanying the shipment and the invoice. A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  will refund paid dispatching costs of the item, including costs incurred when posting the return. For that purpose, please keep the document that you receive when posting the parcel and send it to the e-mail address epood@sportplus.ee along with the order number.

REFUNDS

In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the sums paid for the items no later than within 14 days after the receipt of your withdrawal application. A.I.R.SPORT PROJEKT  has the right to withhold the refund until you have returned the item or presented a proof that you have given the returned item over to a post office.  We will make the refund to the same account from where the payment was received.
